## What happens if I go over my minutes?

Your agent keeps answering. Extra minutes are 40¢ each.

## What does the monthly fee pay for?

Your agent's phone minutes, hosting, and updates whenever your business changes, like new services, prices or hours. Each package includes a set number of minutes a month, and the agent keeps answering if you go over.

## Is there a contract?

There's a 3-month minimum from the day your agent goes live, then it's month to month. To cancel, send us an email.

## How does payment work?

For Starter, Flagship and Bundle you pay half the setup fee as a deposit, and the other half when your agent goes live. Ultimate takes a $1,000 deposit online ($1,400 in Canada), with the rest of setup due at go-live. The monthly fee starts on your go-live date, not before. Payments go through Stripe.

## Can I try it before I buy?

Yes. Fill in the form on our site and the AI phone agent calls you back in under 60 seconds, the same way it would call your customers. There's no obligation.

## What if I change my mind?

Risk-free until your setup call: if you change your mind before then, we refund your full deposit. [Full terms](https://ring-first.com/terms/).

## Is there a founding client rate?

We're new, and upfront about it. Our first few clients get a reduced rate and our full attention, in exchange for an honest review and helping us shape the service. We will offer this to a limited number of clients.
